There is no prerequisite for this certification exam
CCNA DC Re-certification
CCNA DC certification is valid for 3 years. You need to pass one of the following exam before expiration date of certification:
Pass any associate level exam (except ICND1)
Pass any professional level exam (642 – XXX OR 300 – XXX)
Pass current Cisco specialist exam (642 – XXX)
Pass any written CCIE exam
Pass CCDE written OR CCDE practical exam
Pass Cisco Certified Architect interview AND CCAr board review
